When you order, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, collection details, order information and any note you provide. We also keep your loyalty-card activity. Our website records limited analytics such as pages visited, ordering steps, approximate area, device type and referral source; our analytics does not store IP addresses.
How we use it
We use your information to process payment, prepare and confirm your order, manage collection, provide customer service, operate your loyalty card, prevent misuse of offers and meet legal or accounting requirements.
Pizza-night updates
Email and WhatsApp marketing are optional and separate. We only use a channel when you actively select it. You can withdraw permission at any time without affecting an order or discount already received. Use the unsubscribe option in an email, reply STOP on WhatsApp, or contact us directly.
Who handles your information
We use trusted providers to host the website, process card payments and send transactional emails. They only receive information needed to provide those services. We do not sell customer information.
Storage and your rights
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable legal obligations. You may ask us for a copy, correction or deletion of your information, or object to its use for marketing.
